TOS

**By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal or snail mail), you are agreeing to the terms highlighted in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in my terms that you would like to discuss, please do not be afraid to let me know immediately! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read my TOS in COMPLETE detail before commissioning. Thank you!**

General Information:

1.  I OWN the rights to MY artwork. This means no selling, referencing, tracing or copying my art in any way. I especially will not tolerate the selling of a commission you have bought from me, unless you are selling a character. If that is the case please contact me IMMEDIATELY and we can discuss the terms with selling characters with my art.

2.  If you do decide to commission me, I ask that you have a payment ready when required. There will be times that I will hold a commission spot, but I will hold it for NO LONGER than 3 days. I also ask that you have a decent reference sheet that I can clearly understand the colors and other details. If that is not the case, then please contact me and we can discuss ways to go around that.

3.  Please DO NOT RUSH! This is an important rule because although I spend a lot of time drawing I still take time to myself. I still have school, and a life outside of Instagram, of course, I will try to finish your commission in a timely matter. please note that I try to do my commissions in the order that I receive payment.

4.  Please DO NOT ask me to change things too much. Before you consider commissioning me please look on my Instagram in order to see if my style fits what you are looking for. If you continuously ask me to change things, I might charge extra depending on the details you're asking me to change.

5.  If you do decide to commission me please make you check your DM's frequently, I may ask a lot of questions about your character and what you are looking for in the commission.

6.  If you sent me payment through postage PLEASE put your username somewhere inside or outside the envelope. Unmarked payments will be considered donations.

7.  If anything is to happen t the commission during shipping, or in the mail, I am NOT responsible for it. If something is missing we can discuss ways to fix that, but I will not redraw the piece for you. NOTE: commissions that are bent upon arrival are NOT my liability, but I will write on both sides on the envelope DO NOT BEND, as well as stick a slab of cardboard in their to increase the chances of no bending.

8.  You may request a refund only at the inking stage. Once the commission is inked, you can no longer get a refund.

9.  Please do not hesitate to contact me. If you follow me on Instagram, chances are that you will see your commission in progress on there. If you do not see your commission, this most likely means that I have not yet started it.
